Coming Events

June 1st, 10am, AJA Maintenance/work-bee.  Many hands make light the work!  Vernon Osborn will be in charge.  Q?’s please call the school @ 346-2164.

June 8th, 3-6pm (the time has been changed), Sunday, Outdoor Clean-up and Wood Cutting Party!  Plan to attend.  We will have an outdoor grill / potluck afterwards.  Come join us for fun and fellowship. Deacons and Deaconesses

June 14th will be the last week-end
the Jordan & Natalie Peck family will be with us.  They have accepted another call to the Dakotas. 

June 13-15, Conference Men's Retreat. Information on the retreat can be found on our bulletin board, and at our conference website.  Click on Men's Ministry on the left hand side of the main webpage.  Near the bottom of the Men's Ministry webpage it says, "to register click here...."  This will pull up the registration form for the retreat.   The deadline to register is June 1st.  Blessings,

July 15th, Deadline for AJA
pre-registration for grades K-10.  See www.AJAak.org and download application forms and mail or fax to the school.  A 10% discount for entrance fee paid by July 15. Questions or arranging for a visit Call 346-2164

July 15-19,
Palmer Camp Meeting, Plan ahead to be there.  No Services will be held at Hillside O’Malley that week-end.

August 22-24,  Hillside O’Malley Summer Campout at Trail River Group Campground, near Moose Pass.  Contact Dwight Smith 346-2026 for info and reservations.  Space limited to 70.  Cost including 5 meals is $40 per person, or $20 for children under age 10.  This is a great opportunity to invite your friends to wonderful Christian fellowship.

Announcements

Looking for work:  Adam Stevens will be home for the summer June 14 and is looking for work to help pay his entrance fees for school next year and help with tuition costs.  He has worked at a fish camp, done lawn maintenance and camp grounds maintenance, and helped hang sheetrock.  He is willing to try anything, is a hard worker and has flexible hours.    Phone: 348-7446 or his cell: (509) 714-4339.
